Weekly Lunar Astrovibes May 20th-26th

On the heels of Saturday’s Full Moon in Scorpio, the week starts out energized.  After Tuesday, there will be a shift that calls for more rest and restorative practices.  Some key words to remember as guidance for the week: relax, re-evaluate, balance.

Monday, Moon in Sagittarius – optimistic, spontaneous and adventurous. Cautions: excessive tendencies (like overspending or over-indulging) and a strong urge to break free from responsibility.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until midday, Moon in Capricorn – feeling ambitious or perhaps frustrated by a lack of progress against your long-term goals.  It will be important to exercise patience and compassion for yourself as well as for others.  Take a break from the grind and clear your head – sometimes all you are meant to accomplish are steady but small steps forward and you are likely making more progress than you realize; have faith in the process.  You can also look for ways to make your work easier by streamlining or cutting out unnecessary steps – think outside the box.

Thursday afternoon, Friday & Saturday, Moon in Aquarius – intellectually stimulated, innovative and socially conscious.  Great time for team work, collaboration and problem solving – continuing the theme of thinking outside the box!  Don’t be afraid to speak your mind now, ESPECIALLY if you think your ideas are ‘radical’ or unconventional.  Genius ideas come from the willingness to take on a fresh perspective.

Sunday, Moon in Pisces – dreamy, creative, distracted, empathetic.  With the Waning Quarter moon here at midday today, there will be a greater tendency to feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained.  Rest and know that this will pass.  Sharing your fears with someone you trust can also neutralize some of the anxiety and help you feel more supported.
